STEP 1: – Login to your laptop with administrator rights and insert Brother Printer driver CD into the CD-ROM which came along with your printer. If you do not have a printer drivers CD, you can download the drivers from here http://www.brother.com/apps/ps/en/. Make sure you remember the model number of your printer.
STEP 2: – After inserting the CD (In case if you do not have a CD you can download drivers from Brother’s official website online and you need to run it on your laptop) once you run the file, you’ll need to click on next and from there you need to check the language and Brother Machine.
Once you’ve chosen your machine and suitable language you’ll be directed to the installation part. Choose Wireless Network Connection and then click Next.
STEP 3: – As soon as you click next a new option will appear and you’ll see a screen like this,
You can see that your Brother Printer has been detected and is listed; now you need to click on next and wait for the installation to finish.
If your Brother machine is not listed try clicking on refresh. Register after the installation and restart your PC. Voila! That’s it. Now you can try printing any document from your laptop.
